These terms apply to playghostridge.com and its game, account, community and shop features. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Questions or support requests can be sent to contact@playghostridge.com.
Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, keeping your sign-in details secure and activity through your account. Use an email address you control. Do not impersonate another rider or access someone else’s account. If you are under the age at which you can agree to these terms where you live, ask a parent or guardian to review them and give permission.
Fair play and community
Ride fairly. Do not cheat, manipulate verified times, exploit the service, bypass access controls or interfere with other riders. Do not publish unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening or infringing content. We may reject invalid runs, moderate content or restrict accounts that misuse the service. Contact us if you believe a decision was made in error.
Maps and content you share
You retain rights in the original content you create. Only submit content you have the right to share. Publishing a map or other content gives Ghost Ridge permission to store, display and distribute it as needed to operate the service and make it available to other riders. Public maps, rider names and leaderboard results can be seen by others.
Coins, gear and purchases
Coins, gear, skins and titles are virtual game features. They have no cash redemption value and are not transferable outside supported game features. When paid purchases are offered, their price and payment conditions are shown before checkout. Do not make a purchase without permission from the payment method’s owner. Any mandatory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation or refund rights, remain available. Contact us about purchase problems.
Progress, results and availability
Cloud saves and verified results depend on successful sign-in, syncing and run verification. Guest progress may be stored only in the browser and can be lost when browser data is cleared. Features, maps and the service may change or become unavailable. We work to keep the service usable, but do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent availability of every feature.
Game ownership
The Ghost Ridge name, game software, artwork and other service content belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the game for its intended purpose. These terms do not grant ownership of the game or permission to redistribute its assets without the rights holder’s consent.
Privacy and closing an account
Our Privacy Policy explains what information the service uses. You can stop using Ghost Ridge at any time. For account closure, data requests or support, contact contact@playghostridge.com from the email address associated with your account.
Responsibility and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date appears below; material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.
